The Mission of B4ME Counseling & Recovery, Inc. is to enhance the quality of life for our community by offering comprehensive behavioral health services in a trauma-informed culture of care, promoting integrated healthcare, recovery, and community inclusion.

B4ME Counseling & Recovery, Inc. is a private, for-profit outpatient mental health agency.  We provide a comprehensive array of mental health services appropriate to conditions of individuals and families living in Tulsa, OK and surrounding areas. Clients who meet service guidelines and criteria will receive services designed to promote trauma-informed recovery, increase independence, improve quality of life, and foster community integration and inclusion.  Our services are designed to support family preservation and encourage consumer choice and involvement.  We welcome and support cultural diversity, including the 2SLGBTQ+ community.

Mental Health Services help individuals and families develop healthy coping skills to reduce and manage the stress of daily life while working through life problems. Problems in life may stem from circumstance related to past trauma, difficult relationships, financial struggles, significant loss, severe mental illness, or a tough time of adjustment.   True change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back.  It is imperative to provide a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental environment for change to be possible.
